- Packaging Manager:
Wild Heaven is seeking a hands-on Packaging Manager to lead all packaging and product-movement operations across our brewery locations. This full-time role oversees the team responsible for kegging, canning, and preparing beer for distribution, ensuring our products move safely and efficiently from tank to customer.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all packaging operations, including kegging and canning.
• Learn and operate the canning line; train and support team members on proper use.
• Manage the packaging team’s daily workflow and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and stage product orders for distributor pickups.
• Sort and pull product for all Wild Heaven taproom locations.
• Maintain accurate weekly beer inventories across all locations.
• Manage materials inventory (kegs, cans, lids, PakTechs, labels, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted packaging operations.
• Collaborate closely with the full production team to maintain efficient brewery operations.
• Safely team-lift and load kegs for distribution as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience in brewery operations or production/packaging environments preferred.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving setting.
